CareCube are rectangular-shaped parallelepiped sitting next to a few Heritage objects dating back to the beginning of the twentieth century. 
These items, so strongly evoking the past, contribute to the creation of meaningful artifacts which aim at reviving some of the last fragments of the daily living of our ancestors, telling, in turn, a history. 
They have stirred up my interest for their craftsmanship boosting a unique manual expertise belonging to a past where industrial reproducibility had just started. I use them out of their usual context and I make them interact with contemporary materials such as Polymethylmethacrylate and Resins.
The Heuristics are objects that, in some cases, have little functional use, so that the future owner may have an interaction with them, using them in turn to keep a word, a memory, a sign of your time.

CareCube sono parallelepipedi a forma rettangolare  a cui abbino oggetti di Heritage di inizio XX secolo. Questi oggetti, evocativi di un’epoca vissuta, vengono utilizzati per raccontare a mia volta una storia, contribuendo a creare manufatti di senso che nascono dall’esigenza di dare un significato ultimo a dei frammenti di quotidianità passata.

Uso oggetti che, per la loro manifattura di un’epoca ricca di sapienza manuale e agli albori di una riproducibilità industriale, suscitano in me grande interesse; li decontestualizzo e li faccio dialogare con materiali contemporanei quali il polimetilmetacrilato e le resine.

In alcuni casi le Euristiche hanno una minima funzione d’uso, infatti il futuro proprietario potrà interagire con esse, utilizzandole a propria volta per custodire una parola, un ricordo, un segno del proprio tempo.
